Description

With Albireo Travel, from April to October, you can attend daily cooking classes in English taught by Italian chefs assisted by simultaneous native interpreters. In a single day (the lesson lasts about three hours including tasting) you will learn to prepare a typical local meal made up of 4 dishes (appetizer, first course, second course and dessert), representative of typical Italian Mediterranean cuisine.
Special focus will obviously be on pizza and pasta in their countless varieties! At the end of the lesson, students can relax around the table and enjoy the delicacies they prepared during the cooking class, accompained by local wines.
