Five days Italy tour: Rome, Florence, Umbria and the Sorrento Peninsula
Day 1: Rome
Arrival at Rome Airport – Fiumicino.
Guided tour of the ancient city.
Our local guide will take you on a pleasant walk through the historical centre where you can admire a lot of famous monuments such as the Trevi Fountain and the most amazing squares in Europe.
After the excursion, You’ll be transferred to Umbria Region.
Dinner and overnight in a Luxury Resort.
Day 2: Florence
After breakfast departure to Florence in order to enjoy a guided full day excursion.
Florence is known worldwide for its treasures of art and architecture and whatever your interests you will have plenty to see.
Walk along the Ponte Vecchio, visiting its craft shops, or spend some time admiring the Florentine art. See the stunning architecture and detail at the Florence Cathedral, part of a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Walk the streets, as you see Florentines going about their daily lives.
After the excursion, You’ll be transferred back to the accommodation where you’ll have dinner and overnight.
Day 3: Umbria Region’s Tour and Sorrento
Breakfast in hotel and departure to Sorrento.
On the way you’ll visit Assisi, a jewel of Italian art and architecture, home of St. Francis.
Deep in the green hills of the Umbria region you’ll find the real Italy, far away from the modern large cities, where small ancient villages are waiting to be discovered.
Arrival in Sorrento.
Dinner in a central restaurant and overnight in a four stars hotel located in the city centre of Sorrento.
Day 4: The Amalfi Coast
Full day guided tour trough the amazing Amalfi Coast.
It is one of the most fascinating spot in the world for its landscape, an unique opportunity to imprint in your heart and memory breathtaking views protected by UNESCO.
Way back Hotel, dinner in a central restaurant.
Day 5: The archeological ruins of Pompeii and Departure
Transfer from the Hotel to Pompeii and visit of the famous Roman ruins.
It’s one of the most visited archaeological sites in the world. The town existed for 700 years before; it was completely buried by the enormous eruption of Mount Vesuvius in 79 AD.
Once you’ve finished, transfer to Rome Airport – Fiumicino.
